Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and place it back in its original packaging to ensure it stays protected during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Download your prepaid shipping label and schedule a free carrier pickup or drop the package off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
